This is to inform you that i have got the sms regarding the successful delivery 1st january, 2020 but i haven't received any parcel yet.

While tracking the awb numbers it displays the status delivered

Already e-mailed twice too but not a single response

I have tried calling the customer care number also many times and they responded that i have to wait more for the delivery

Kindly look into the matter urgently and do the needful

    Hello, I have confinement number which is [protected], my parcel which was supposed to deliver to on 26th but never delivered in the address I have mentioned on the parcel. Now the parcel is missing and I am seriously in need of my stuffs back safe.       Hi,

      I have send my claim document to medi assist india tpa ltd. Through this courier but still not reached if courier not reached the claim will be rejected by insurance company.
      We sent a parcel from st couriers to bangalore on 26th dec'19. It's been 4 days and still parcel is not received to destination. All customer care numbers are not reachable too. And no proper response from st courier office. Unable to follow up.

        We have got tracking status that our courier is out for delivery on 27/12/2019 in sriperumbudur, but today 28/12/2019 still courier not received. Status still not updated showing the same detail. When i called the sriperumbudur hub and contact person, he saying courier is handed over yesterday but still we did not received. When we again check the status it shows that out for delivery on 28/12/2019. Very bad and worst service.

        14/12/19 they send but since not delivery .no single phone call from any body

          We sent a parcel from hosur st couriers to goa on 18th dec'19. It's been 4 days and still parcel is not received to destination. All customer care numbers are not reachable too. And no proper response from st courior office. Unable to follow up.

            I have ordered smartpick parcel and not delivered. It shows as it is out for delivery as on oct 4th 2019. Again i registered a smart pick with hll. Now also it show delivered but i have not received. I don't know how it got delivered without pin #. I didn't expect this bad service from st. Disappointing...

            Now a days your courier service is [censored]ing on as what u people are working we booked to madurai but data is not showing what hell work in going bloody
            AWB [protected] product undelivered. Returned back without my consent. BATLAGUNDU courier office staff saying that Sengattampatti is not a serviceble area, I am asking that then why you people booking for unserviceable area. If you're not resolve this issue immediately definitely I will proceed the same issue in consumer forum.

              I ordered medicine netmeds on 25-11-19. It will reached kanchipuram st courier office on 27-11-19. But the medicine yet not delivered tho me.

              I went to kanchipuram office and regarding this, they told that medicine will deliver on 7-12-19. But they not deliver the parcel.

              Kindly confirm me how many week need to deliver the parcel.

              It is 25 km only distance from kanchipuram st courier office to my residence.

              Kindly do the needful and deliver the parcel as soon as possible.

                Tracking status says it's delivered to consignee. But not ye reached. Once reached the delivery office it's marked as delivered without even informing the consignee. We have to get it manually from the office; not sure why we are paying for. Request public not to use st courier. When sending they say we have a office in reality their is not. Saying it samayapuram office (Trichy) but located 8km away from location called no.1 tolgate (Trichy). Location is incorrect delivery status is incorrect... Just fooling the people. If we have to track it manually each day what service they are providing.

                  I sent an important document to gurgaon location on 2nd nov 2019. The consignment number is [protected].
                  This courier is not delivered to the concerned person and when contacted the customer care, i was told that they would reach me at the earliest (But they didn't).
                  After a month of non-delivery when contacted the customer care again, i was informed that they don't service that location. The location address is mentioned below.

                  I was neither paid the amount nor was the post delivered back to me.

                    Courier received kovillpatti hub. Courier partner is not responding properly.

                    He said that he will deliver the courier by 4.00 pm today now the time is 7.00 pm still it is not delivered and he is not handover the jewel to the st courier office as well.

                    We need courier by today itself. Kindly take a immediate action against this

                      I m a regular customer giving you frequent orders. Most of the time it is delivered late. I sent parcel to chennai on 15.11.2019 and today 19.11.2019, still it is not delivered. I asked the concerned person. He promised to deliver early. But not yet received. He has switched off his phone. This is not the proper way to treat your customers. Deliver it now or give me compensation.

                        I booked courier to delhi epfo office from trichy kallukuzhi office dated on 4th october 2019. Courier no [protected]. After 10days i called to customer care in trichy office confirmed courier was delivered. But courier not delivered to concern epf office informed to me on 16th november. Same time i called to customer care in trichy, courier status was undelivered and return to trichy. This was not informed by your self more than 45days. Till now courier not returned to me.
                        This was not acceptable. My money and time waste by yourself.

                          My consignment no. [protected] which i have ordered from munnar and it couriered on 4th november by st courier since from 7th november it got stuck in lucknow today is 12th november still the package is in lucknow it has to deliver to gorakhpur, its a medicine which i have ordered from kerala for my parents from kallar spices, munnar. I filed complaints also my complaint no is klcok00535 but it seems there is no action taken. Service of st courier is really pathetic i will never suggest anyone to use the service of company.

                            My parcel was shipped to me by my seller on 06 September 2019 from Kolathur but I still have not received it yet. The status of the parcel is also not updated in the website after 09 September. I asked my seller to file a missing complaint and the company responded with 'article delivered on 16 October 2019' when I never received my parcel. I tried calling this number, [protected], and the lady don't respond clearly and sometimes don't even pick up my calls. I also emailed them but they still haven't responded me. My parcel was worth Rs.5000, the lost of parcel costs me loss of Rs.5000. I hope you respond soon and enquire as soon as possible.
                            Receipt No.[protected]. Couriered on 19/11/2019. Reached HUB of Pune, Maharashtra State on 21/11/2019. Not delivered till this time.

                            Complaint also lodged vide TNMAA31949. BUT NO ACTION.

                            It makes us depression. You have to compensate ₹1000/- if your company is sincere and reliable.

                              Okay so apparently my seller, which is my close friend, actually got harrassed by the courier guys. The parcel was worth Rs.5000 and I'm not from a well off family so it's hard earned. I hope you respond fast and resolve this as soon as possible because it's been more than 2 months since my friend sent me the parcel.

                                Ref to the st courier (Pod copy # [protected]) on 4th nov 2019. Instead of 2boxes delivered only one box having weight of 8.7kg. (Actual weight is 17.8kgs).
                                Then i was called st courier head office in chennai and asked the status of my goods. They also confirmed only one box was delivered.
                                Today also i called customer care (Ms. Sharmi& mobile no; [protected]) and asked the status but she told information passed to operation team and get back to you.
                                So i request you to kindly take necessary action to deliver the remaining one box at the earliest and request update the status.
                                Looking for your quick reply.

                                  I have sent the cover to kanyakumari from chennai chrompet on 14th oct 2019. Still my consignment not yet delivered to the recipient. Multiple time i have visit chennai office also spoke to delivery branch in charge and customer care and the delivery boy aswell. No proper response and worst service.

                                    I owe an courier from my company regarding my job through booking no : [protected]. This courier was booked on 29th oct 2019 and the shipment was reached on 31st oct 2019 to uthiramerur st courier office which was near to me. Since the shipment not yet reached, i have called mr. Sankar in st courier utr toady and the way he answers is so uragent. No one has called me regarding the arrival of the shipment to the branch. When enquires the same, he threatened me saying that the shipment will be return to chengalpattu hub and i have to go and collect it from chengalpattu.
                                    The officers have not given proper information about the address given in parsal and the product is not delivered but they have returned back to the place from where it was given . Even the customer service is not attending the call from us. Pls take the action for this issue.

                                      I have send some food items to my wife who has been working in mumbai through st courier from alleppey on 24 the october 2019. They have charged me 600 rs for 5 kgs. And they have promised me the item will be delivering in three days. After 4 days i have contacted them they appologise and said their flight has delayed they deliver the package. After 7 days i have asked them again from their outlet and they said the item reached in mumbai tomorrow it will deliver. At last today 1st november 2019 they have delivered the package to the security guard. When i recieved the package i have noticed that the package has been cut off by rat. All of the food items has been eaten by the rat. And i throw the item to waste bin. Sir courier system in our country is very poor.
                                      Sir i would like to complained here about i need the money back i have spend food item cost 1000 rs and shipping charge 600 rs

                                        In Tiruvannamalai branch they are not properly deliver the Office Documents daily bases, Already complained in branch. Today make a call to branch they said college students only in delivery so deliver around 3 pm but not received. Total office work is stubborn for courier issue please make solution.(nearly 15 to 20 documents received daily)
