ST Courier — Calendar delivery vide AWB [protected]

I was to receive calendar AWB [protected]dt 27/12/24and the status showed it is deliverd on 28/12/24at4.14.pm, I did not receive it till 1//1/25.On checking with local ST office at Saligramam mr. shivan on 1/1/ 25 & sending the photo of status details on whats app(as recvd from sender).on 2/1/25 on checking with him, he said the courier boy had wrongly deliverd to security of Trivola appt.& yesterday it was collected back and today morning given to me.This is very irresponsible way of delivery without checking & delivering to indivdual.
