In chinnalapatti ( dindigul) the delivery man always said that "come and get the courier in st courier office" like this. Or he doesn't response to the call. Very bad experience

I have received an courier from Madurai (30-Apr-25) to Bangalore(05-May-25), and took 5 days to deliver which is worst than govt services.

Even the person from Lingarajpuram vendor([protected]) talking very rude and thinking as doing some free of service.

Kindly change your attitude and dont think doing as a free of service instead our money.

Such a bad experience from ST which means Stupid Service..

Booked a courier from Delhi to Erode by Air on 11th April but even after 4 days product is not delivered even delivery promised on Monday and worse thing is booking agents not giving a proper answer and not even picking calls, I have tried calling them atleast 50 times but not picking calls..

Pathetic service

- my sister sent a consignment to Kovilvenni, but it was received at the Needamangalam office instead.
- The office staffs says the reciever come to Needamangalam and collect the material
- However, the courier service's website lists Kovilvenni as a drop point in the Needamangalam region.
- The staff is not responding properly and is delaying the process....

Medicine had packed and sent to Tuticorin on 10.03.2025 from Kumbakonam branch. But not yet received 17.03.2025.kindly answered my parcel. my parcel reference is [protected]

I send some ayurvedic medicine to kerala they said reach in 3 days, but 4days after they said address not clear, already i get photo of my parcel it was clear i show them they said trichy region office worst, my relatives wait for medicine, then cancel my parcel send to professional courier

My friend placed the courier request on 14thFeb and ST courier said it would be delivered the next day. Its been 3 days post that I still havent received it.
Tracking shows it is in SR Nagar for the past 3 days. No one is responding nor giving an update. Very bad courier service and so much of irresponsible people. They talk or say it lighthly.
I am not sure if they will deliver it and it should not be considered as priority and the refund amount of 400 should be given for the delay caused by the courier service.

I was to receive calendar AWB [protected]dt 27/12/24and the status showed it is deliverd on 28/12/24at4.14.pm, I did not receive it till 1//1/25.On checking with local ST office at Saligramam mr. shivan on 1/1/ 25 & sending the photo of status details on whats app(as recvd from sender).on 2/1/25 on checking with him, he said the courier boy had wrongly deliverd to security of Trivola appt.& yesterday it was collected back and today morning given to me.This is very irresponsible way of delivery without checking & delivering to indivdual.

Coimbatore hub not picking up the phone call. I don't what they are doing.

I'm move on directly to HO for my complaint. I'm vetriselvan from Thuraiyur Trichy Tamilnadu I'm work as logistics operation manager in corporate sector today one parcel will receive my nearest locality by on Karaikal but the courier side person is informing me at a same time another courier side person is talking rudely and unwanted word to me so I told him to hold the parcel I'm came directly tomorrow morning and then will make the process that's all this not complaint it's this a starter

I was informed that delivery to this address is unavailable. This is highly inconvenient, as I was not informed of this limitation when booking the courier. I had chosen ST Courier with the expectation of reliable service, and the inability to deliver to my address has caused delays and inconvenience.

Provide an explanation for the unavailability of service to my location.
Arrange for the shipment to be delivered to my address promptly or offer an alternative solution.
Clarify how such issues can be avoided in the future.

I shipped a consignment to Bhiwandi through ST Courier Thousand lights on 30th October, with AWB number [protected]. The product reached mumbai on 4th November, and then it went missing from Andheri. They claim that they might have delivered the product while the receiver hasn't received the ship and their tracking website says the product is in transit from Andheri.
When I contacted Thousand lights branch, initially they were trying to track it, but later, they said they are not responsible for any delivery!

On 28/08/2024 I have sent a parcel through ST courier No. [protected] to “ICICI home finance corporation, Andhaeri(E), Mumbai. The letter tracking is showing “Receved at Hub”. While contacting the Andheri branch, they told the consignment was delivered. But they didn’t give the details of delivery. More than 25 days gone but no response from anyone in ST courier.

In emergency I booked a courier at NAGERCOIL to chennai kolathur at Saturday. The courier people says Monday morning 10 will definitely delivery. Speed delivery cost is 200 rupees. Monday morning chennai kolathur people says no morning delivery. Morning delivery not applicable, delivery only evening. Reason is delivery people not available. If delivery is not possible, then why ST COURIER opened. People don't send st courier. Fraud company. What is the speed delivery. If you don't know speed delivery, book a courier at professional courier speed delivery. Then you know that speed delivery. Very worst delivery.

I sent a laptop from Tamilnadu to Banglore on last Friday.While delivering the laptop the edges got broken and the body of the laptop got scratched.Literally I got frustrated by this customer service.Now they are asking me the money to repair this laptop from my company.Minimum 7000INR will be gone for this body damage.I need atleast a refund for this service.
