On 20th January 2025 (Couriered date), We have sent a courier in the name "New World Travel Solutions Pvt Ltd" through ST Courier branch office which is situated at Ram Nagar, Coimbatore. But, unfortunately the courier has not reached its destination address and we have lost the Receipt to track the courier status. We tried our best to find the Courier receipt but we couldn't find it. Hence, we humbly request you...

My friend placed the courier request on 14thFeb and ST courier said it would be delivered the next day. Its been 3 days post that I still havent received it.
Tracking shows it is in SR Nagar for the past 3 days. No one is responding nor giving an update. Very bad courier service and so much of irresponsible people. They talk or say it lighthly.
I am not sure if they will deliver it and it should not be considered...

I was to receive calendar AWB [protected]dt 27/12/24and the status showed it is deliverd on 28/12/24at4.14.pm, I did not receive it till 1//1/25.On checking with local ST office at Saligramam mr. shivan on 1/1/ 25 & sending the photo of status details on whats app(as recvd from sender).on 2/1/25 on checking with him, he said the courier boy had wrongly deliverd to security of Trivola appt.& yesterday it was collected back and today morning...

Coimbatore hub not picking up the phone call. I don't what they are doing....

I shipped a consignment to Bhiwandi through ST Courier Thousand lights on 30th October, with AWB number [protected]. The product reached mumbai on 4th November, and then it went missing from Andheri. They claim that they might have delivered the product while the receiver hasn't received the ship and their tracking website says the product is in transit from Andheri.

On 28/08/2024 I have sent a parcel through ST courier No. [protected] to “ICICI home finance corporation, Andhaeri(E), Mumbai. The letter tracking is showing “Receved at Hub”. While contacting the Andheri branch, they told the consignment was delivered. But they didn’t give the details of delivery. More than 25 days gone but no response from anyone in ST courier.

In emergency I booked a courier at NAGERCOIL to chennai kolathur at Saturday. The courier people says Monday morning 10 will definitely delivery. Speed delivery cost is 200 rupees. Monday morning chennai kolathur people says no morning delivery. Morning delivery not applicable, delivery only evening. Reason is delivery people not available. If delivery is not possible, then why ST COURIER opened. People don't send st courier. Fraud company....

I sent a laptop from Tamilnadu to Banglore on last Friday.While delivering the laptop the edges got broken and the body of the laptop got scratched.Literally I got frustrated by this customer service.Now they are asking me the money to repair this laptop from my company.Minimum 7000INR will be gone for this body damage.I need atleast a refund for this service.

Hi, I had ordered cooking oils from Ms Sarah balaji enterprises, Madurai for one of my friend who is living in Triplicane, Chennai. The parcel arrived at final destination on 13 May 2024 by morning itself. When tracked, it shows ' out for delivery ' for consecutively 2 days(13 May and 14 May) No calls answered till 14 May and I called Sarah enterprises and to my dismay Ms ST courier even didn't answer to them. And after many calls, we received the parcel today and the delivery person didn't even answer my friend for the delay, showing angry face and even didn't get his sign during delivery.
My request to ST courier:- keep this guy as your brand ambassador and get more staffs like him as they help you to grow your business to Himalayan peaks. I suggest you to give him some incentives for his best customer orientation. And you can conduct some training classes of this guy(to all other staffs) about how to respect a customer and increase business. May God bless you guys for your most respectable, courteous, dignified and sincere attitude towards the well being of customers.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the abysmal service provided by ST Couriers, specifically the Marakkanam branch. On May 8th, I entrusted ST Couriers with the delivery of a charger to our client, providing all necessary details including the tracking ID ([protected]) and billing information. Product delivered to wrong address

The person who is working in ST Mankadu PO- 629172 Courier is not customer friendly. He is using bad words to me. He have delivered my product to someone else home. Now he is not responding.

I have ordered Hibiscus Shampoo and Hair Serum in Magical Jar (Seller) on 31st March, 2024. I did not received any phone calls from st courier, When i tack my product on st courier on 10th April, 2024, It showing product delivered at pallavaram but i am residing near to Navalur, Chennai - 603103. I did not received product but it showing delivered.
I did not received product so please resend the money and take action.

HI,
I am writing to report the missing goods from a red-colored suitcase that were part of my recent delivery from your company on 19/3/24. I received a package from your company that was supposed to contain a purse of money total Rs 20000 and charger wire however upon inspecting, I discovered that these two were missing from the package.
I am requesting that your company compensate me for missing goods or arrange for their replacement. please let me know what step your company will take to resolve this issue
