ST Courier — Courier non delivery, non return of document & no refund

I booked a document packet on 7th October 2025 to be couriered to Greater Noida West at S T Courier branch office at Bathalapalli, Hosur, and paid Rs.300/- as charges. Receipt Copy attached.
Before booking I showed the address and asked whether they will deliver to Greater Noida and the Lady Executive present there confirmed after checking in the computer that it will be delivered in 72 hours time.
Subsequently while tracking, on 11th Oct. I noted that the packet is being send to Chennai from Delhi. When I contacted the Delhi Hub, they mentioned that there is no service to Greater Noida and so it was returned.
On contacting Hosur Bathlapalli Branch where I booked, they mentioned that they are not knowing when the packet will return, and no explanation given why they confirmed delivery while accepting.
ST Courier tracking showed that my pack was in Hosur since 16th but when contacted on 18th the Branch showed no knowledge of anything that had happened.
Subsequently I send mail explaining the problem to Hosur Office – “[protected]@ stcourier.com” on 14 Oct.2025 and also a reminder mails on 24 Oct.2025 & 22 Nov.2025.
Similarly another mail was send to Customer Care –“[protected]@stcourier.com “ on 21 Oct.2025 and also a reminder mails on 24 Oct.2025, 14 Nov 2025 & 24 Nov 2025
As advised and contact number given by helpdesk executive, I informed Ms Diana at Hosur Office Mob No.[protected] and forwarded the complaint on 18th December. On 29th December when I reminded her, she advised to inform the MD Ms Syamala at Mob.No.[protected] which I did on 30th December and forwarded the complaint.
Till date I have not received any response from any of the offices .
I am a Senior Citizen Ex Service man and the documents were to be produced in the court in Delhi/AFT, and, because of ST Courier lapse, I have missed the delivery on due date.
Kindly do the needful to get my document pack delivered to my residence and also for full refund of payment made.
