ST Courier Complaints & Reviews

My courier was not received and it's about nearly 2 weeks and there is no proper response from service and I need a faster delivery it's important....

I booked a parcel courier (AWB [protected]) from ST couriers Kutchery Road, Mylapore, CHENNAI 600004 TO KAMUDHI, 623603 ON 02/03/2024.

The parcel has not reached KAMUDHI TILL NOW and when tracked, was came to know that it was MISROUTED TO GUDIYATHAM.

WHEN CONTACTED GUDIYATHAM, WAS INFORMED THAT IT HAS BEEN SENT TO VELLORE HUB, BUT NO ONE IN VELLORE IS PICKING UP.
I WANT THE PARCEL TO REACH BY TODAY (06.03.2024) EVENING.

Delivery product is damaged.its side damaged

We have sent three parcels from Aruppukottai to Palayamkotti, Tirunelveli on November month 2023. But the person who received the parcels got only one box. When he enquired about the same they didnt mention anything and told to contact the sender. Then we tried to track the missed parcels and after two months with lots of struggle and calls we got one of our parcel back. Still now we are searching the third box and no update on the same....

Hi sir, 14/2/2024 this date I will send one courier to Qatar I will send courier in thiruvarur branch I will give to full payment 3600Rs he said 3days delivery in Qatar but 11 day's after I will receive the delivery here also I will pay Qatar riyal 43 Indian rupees 1000 but that branch didn't say about the payment details delivery fees so I call thiruvarur branch received one gril not good clarification and I'm not satisfied this sarivce

Morning : 10.55 this shipment was out for delivery but still 7 pm I didn’t get. I was call office and ask about this issues.. they told come and collect, this is not couriers service

The courier parcel (AWB NO [protected]sent from Coimbatore reaced in Tuticorin and the ST courier staff called my mobile instead of reachibg address, I could n't able to receive the call. Today I asked the person who has called me on yesterday and he did n't speak in a respect way and this guy (mobile: [protected]) speaking is not a service motive of your courier service. Please take action against him and such type of person will spoil your coueier's performance. Also I don't want to receive the pack please sent back to the sender's address.

I herewith ordered few eatables at nanmugai millets and they sent the parcel to Raichur, but unfortunately the courier partner didn't deliver the product at door steps, instead they asked us to collect. So, we requested to return the product, still I couldn't receive the parcel to the origin. ST கொரியரில் அதிகமான கொரியர் ஆபீசர்கள் கொரியரை டெலிவரி வந்து செய்வதில்லை அதற்கு பதிலாக ஆபீஸில் இருந்தபடியே போன் செய்து உங்களுக்கு ஒரு கொரியர் வந்துள்ளது அதனை வந்து பெற்றுக் கொள்ளவும் என்று கூறுகின்றார்கள் இதுபோன்று அனேகமான ST கொரியர் ஏஜெண்டுகள் கூறுகின்றனர் எனக்கு வந்து டெலிவரி செய்ய வேண்டிய இடம் கொரியர் ஆபீசிலிருந்து இரண்டு கிலோமீட்டர் மட்டுமே ஆனால் அவர்கள் கூறுவது உங்கள் ஏரியா எங்கள் சரவுண்டில் வரவில்லை அதனால் நாங்கள் கொரியர் நெறி வந்து தர இயலாது, அதனால் நீங்கள் நேரில் வந்து பெற்றுக் கொள்ளவும் என்று குறிப்பின்றனர்.
கொரியரை புக் செய்யும் பொழுது டெலிவரி செய்ய முடியாது என்று குறிப்பிடவில்லை நாம் டெலிவரி செய்வதற்கும் சேர்த்து தான் பணம் கட்டுகின்றோம் ஆனால் இவர்கள் டெலிவரி செய்வதில்லை, இதற்கு ஏதேனும் தக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும். நன்றி.

I had never chose this stupid service. But products i ordered had come through this carrier. And not even a single parcel had reached me on time. These stupids literally misbehave and take the CUSTOMERs for granted.
1. They call you and ask for address and they will never(as if address is not mentioned, asking way to the address is fine but…)
2. They never deliver on time, they always have the parcel with them minimum for three days.
3. For one product they asked me to collect(why the hell i have to pay shipping charges)
4. For the second time they took 6 days to deliver. Every time I get a call they ask the address and the delivery person will say “bike problem”, i wonder how come day after day each of their delivery partners get bike problem while delivering to me.
5. I would not use bad words, but all the bad words that exist in the world will go to these sons of ###.
They will soon close the operations as they are digging their own grave.

Today I.e., on 13th Jan 2024, one delivery has come to my neighbour..
We stay at Girinagar, Ramapuram, Chennai.

That delivery agent has parked ihis vehicle in front of our door and was standing beside his vehicle.and requested him to go back so that I can go inside to park my vehicle inside my house. and he is not obeyed my words and more over he is ready to fight.

I hope this email finds you, though I must express my frustration with the lack of response to my previous inquiries ( Complaint ID TNMAA273589). My shipment, tracking number AWB [protected], has not been received, and I have yet to receive any updates despite my attempts to contact your customer service.

This lack of communication is highly disappointing, and it reflects poorly on the level of service I have come to expect from your company. As a customer, I believe it is essential to be informed about the status of my shipments, your website shows my area pin code as service (Pin-631002). But your delivery person said there was no service in my area.

I request immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution. It is imperative that I receive timely updates on the whereabouts of my package and a clear explanation for the lack of communication thus far.

I haven't received my parcel.. It is in same status for the past 5 days.. Whomever I contact they r giving another no.. Currently I don't know where is my parcel is.. I need to deliver to my customers.. It cause lot of pblm for me. Please help me to receive my parcel soon

Booked my courier on 2nd and is still showing intrasit from Hyderabad to kurnool since 2days. Please let me know and deliver it to 28/851-R7-B1, Viswanagar colony, Nandyal, Andhrapradesh. 518501.

My order is two days out for delivery but, I can't received. I ordered fresh products, you will take too much time, my product will be wasted. Today also I can't not receive my product.
