ST Courier — Delayed Delivery of priority courier charged extra money as well

Hi,
My friend placed the courier request on 14thFeb and ST courier said it would be delivered the next day. Its been 3 days post that I still havent received it.
Tracking shows it is in SR Nagar for the past 3 days. No one is responding nor giving an update. Very bad courier service and so much of irresponsible people. They talk or say it lighthly.
I am not sure if they will deliver it and it should not be considered as priority and the refund amount of 400 should be given for the delay caused by the courier service.
