ST Courier — Shipment missing and arrogant behaviour

Address: Thousand lights, Chennai

I shipped a consignment to Bhiwandi through ST Courier Thousand lights on 30th October, with AWB number [protected]. The product reached mumbai on 4th November, and then it went missing from Andheri. They claim that they might have delivered the product while the receiver hasn't received the ship and their tracking website says the product is in transit from Andheri.
When I contacted Thousand lights branch, initially they were trying to track it, but later, they said they are not responsible for any delivery!
