100 % correct, total wast company with full o[censored]nprofessional people on top management...no salary, no name boards, lack of knowledge...dont spoil your carrier by joining this company...please dont wast your time in this company, specally people like kabeelan, pradeep, krish, senthil and lot more...they dont know what they are doing...they have money but dont know how to utilise it...:)

100% right...total waste company, dont waste your time in it.They will not pay your salary, no documents like payslips, appointment order, specially people like kabeelan, pradeep, krish, senthil on top management dont know how to run a company at all, they dont have any knowledge on market condition all they have is money but lack of knowledge...dont get cheated by calls on higher packages from them since they will not pay the salary itselfs hahahaha...dont spoil your carrier...please !!!

Particular company.This review is not written not for a hate, but to
express the truth so that others wouldn't get harm by these people.


Hi, i have worked with Stanventures for more than year so i better understands the people who behind the organisation.


About Management
The management is the worst part the company

CEO-Pradeep, he definitely a maniac, who always make decisions frequently and changes everyday.
CTO or CFO- Krishna, he is truly a psycho maniac, who treats their employs cruelly .
Manager -Dinesh working or a slave manger for the company.He thinks
himself as a real genius but the truth he is not even worth the single
penny.If he walk out side of the particular organisation he will be
total useless.

I will give an simple example of the capabilities of the management so
that you can better understand them by yourself.In the year of 2011, there will be more than 400+ employees working in the organisation, where as in the earlier 2013 it will be decreased to only 12 people.
Now this year 2014, they have recruited 50+ people of freshers from the
campus to increase their work force and the worst part is these newly
recruited people are also losing their jobs every day.Soon after there
will be no employees than the management people.You can also talk few
minutes with the particular people of the management you can easily
asses the capabilities and patience of the management people.

And of-course they won't pay the salary correctly, i have my two months
salary pending which is not paid after year of time as i was left the
job.So if you are looking for the job with the particular company means
you can you better to avoid other wise your total career will be ruined.

Team
The team is full of in-experienced people and have no idea of how to
handle projects.But this is not their mistake because most of them are
freshly recruited from their campus they need some time

But being a client of the company you will be loose your valuable time, effort and money with the in-experienced team.

Yes, what people are telling is 100% true only... I have worked in many companies so far but never worked in a company like STAN VENTURES. The [censored]ing company i ever worked so far. those Pradeep and Krish will never have a good death. One day they will become beggers. They and their family will definitely suffer for this. They have fired 12 employees on one day saying that they have no money to pay the salary on one night. Many of the employees are suffering without the salary. Even our family are cursing them. No one has ever got relieved properly from this company. Either they moved without informing them or got fired. Again pradeep, Krish and Senthil i swear that you and your family will be suffer for this.. Im writing this with tears on my eyes you will suffer for sure i promise.
