Standard Chartered Bank — Bank is doing fraudulent activity in personal loan preclosure

This is with reference to your complaint number [protected] raised with us.
 
We understand that you have raised a concern with regards to interest charges levied in PTQ towards loan account number ending with 8866. We regret for any inconvenience caused.
 
Further to our investigation, we wish to inform you we have processed the reversal of interest charged of INR 724.13/- for the period from 18/03/2023 to 23/03/2023 is been reversed back to your account
 
To discuss on the above, we have also tried reaching you on your registered mobile number, however despite of our repeated attempts, we were unable to establish your contact.
 
Trust we have explained all your concerns in an equitable manner and this suffice your requirement.
 
As there is no further actionable at our end we are proceeding to close the complaint in our records.
