Dear Sir or Madam,
Firstly, I've requested my liability letter on Jan. 20, 2018.
But it was issued some day and expired in Branch Office without any notice to me. the reason of expiration is that it was issued and passed 10 days so that it expired automatically. During this shelf life (10 days) SC Bank didn't inform me of issuance of liability letter nor SMS. Bank guys told me that I have to call or visit the Bank asking my liability letter. Upon expiration of LL I've request this letter again.
Secondly, I've requested clearance letter on Feb. 14, 2018 in Khalidya Branch Office through Mr. Richard but so far no clearance letter issued to me. On this application Mr. Richard told me that I can use my credit card and bank account. Yesterday some man called me that I have to pay credit card bill to get clearance letter. But my bank account was blocked so that I cannot pay this bill. This block was done without ant notice or explanation to me. It is so horrible. I call to customer care center[protected] and they respond that clearance letter will be issued tomorrow or in processing.
