Standard Chartered Bank — converted my salary account to access plus account without my approval | |||||
Standard chartered bank has charged me for having access plux account. I was not using the sc account from around 1 year. This was used to be my salary account but after that when i switched my company i stopped using sc bank. They converted my salary account to access plux account without my approval. The conversion should have happened from salary account to normal saving account. Now they are charging for having access plux account and not maintaining sufficient balance. They have even tarnished my credit report. I saw this three days ago. Same is the case for credit card. I have not been using their credit card from a very long time. They would have sent an email with high importance but they never did. Even the number mentioned in the bank for sms banking was not working. I changed the mobile so i did not get any communication at all.
