Standard Chartered Bank — credit card closure not updated in cibil

I recently opted for PL and got to know that my SCB Credit card account is actually causing trouble to my CIBIL score and reduced mu CIBIL score as the SCB CC is showing some pending payment. I wanted to highlight that I had gone for a settlement on 16/02/2016, for an amount of 79, 000 and closed all pending dues with Standard Charter Bank and closed my Credit card account. However, now again I see that there are dues reflecting as pending and affecting my credit scores. Request you to kindly check and resolve the same.

I have attached SCB Final Settlement Letter issued by bank and Payment Recipt made by cash to SCB during the closure.
