This is regarding credit card associated with corporate account # [protected]. I have been using this account since 10 years and this is the first time i am facing such issue. My january 2019 bill of card was 1400 (700 annual fee +700 purchase), i was out of country during that time and my phone wasnt working so i missed the payment once back in india (Feb 2019) i saw that rs 500 has been charged as late fee. I called customer care and waiver was promised for late fee. I didnt receive any update, later after a month again 500 was charged i called customer care again and a call back was promised. Since then no waiver has been provided and late fee is getting added every month due to this my outstanding has become 5500 from 1400. I dont think i am liable to pay this amount. This much of late fee is totally unacceptable considering my history that i hardly use this card. Please provide a resolution on this.
