Standard Chartered Bank - Credit Card — Unnecessary Late charges

I bought one Samsung galaxy phone from Flipkart.com in June 2013. After that I need to fly to UK. So, in advance, I have paid 10, 000 rs to my credit card for the EMI purposes. and transferred another 10000 rs in Nov to ensure my pending EMI's are not getting impacted.

But the bank story is completely different in this case. they have opened a dummy insta-buy account. On their wish they have taking amounts from main accounts after adding late charges/payments.

Now, Even after paying 20000 rs in advance (which is equaling to my purchase amount) still I need to pay another 4 months EMIS, as this money has been taken for interest/charges.

My Issues here are :

1. There is no communication that there is a dummy account being created and payments need to happen to that account only

2. If this is the case, how you can transfer the main card funds to dummy account at your wish and will

3. Not received few months bills

4. in the monthly statements there is no account no or full card no . In my case I dont have the card with me and my net password is locked out

5. I cannot change my mobile no even after confirming the required details on mobile phone


Can I request you to look into this.

After chasing customer care, they have reversed the charges for DEC/JAN months. Requested for JUL/AUG/OCT reversals to their backend support system. Waiting for their response.
