[Resolved]  Standard Chartered Bank / Credit Card — Very poor online security

Please read my complaint carefully as my problem is when you go to credit card and register for verified by visa transaction it will redirect to a login page however if you click on forgot password then it asks for 4 detail,

1 card number
2 expiry date
3 birth date
4 cvv number,
After filling this information it redirects to a new page where you can change your password, my issue is that there is no security added as this 4 details can be have by anyone, its not even asking for credit card pin / otp .
Please reply accordingly as i know how to register my card and how to do transactions, If you can't provide an additional security on that then you are allowed to close my card relationship.
