Standard Chartered Bank — fraudulently charging money after promising a free card

I was provided with a credit card from standard chartered bank stating free of charge membership for lifetime and no hidden costs, but from next month onwards (Jan 2019), they have started sending me outstanding payment reminder for rental of ₹250/-.

I’ve requested them via emails, calls and twitter for immediate suspension of their services as this were not the terms on which i applied for the card.
But they have not suspended the services and now i’m getting a payment reminder for ₹413/- on my card ending 5539.

I am not liable to make any payments as the card was stated to be free for lifetime, also i haven’t even activated the card or used it ever since.

After multiple communications, they’ve again sent me the same payment reminder. They don’t really care about complaints in consumer forum.
