Standard Chartered Bank — Harassment by bank for credit card payment | |||
Hi, I had opted for Standard chartered bank credit card. After the usage I had not been receiving any statements, so i stopped using it after a few months. Finally i followed up and got the statements, the bank agreed to waive the late fee charges if i made an immediate payment, i did that. But now again they are calling me up and asking to make the late fee payments. they are harassing me for no reason. the services of the bank are really bad. they dont want to retain customers and donot accept if any of this was their mistake. the agents that call up are very rude and threaten me.
