[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — Illegal tax (trfd) charged on credit card payment

Hi,

I have been applied an extra tax (trfd) of 914.95 on my credit card payment still i paid the bill on due date. the due date for my credit card payment was 1st dec 2016 and i paid the bill on the same day still the bank has charged me the extra tax on the payment. i am not understanding why the bank has charged me this tax as i have done my payment on the due date. can you please help me out in this situation

I have been applied an extra tax (trfd) of 387.84
on my credit card payment still i paid the bill on due date. the due date for my credit card payment was 12th dec 2021and i paid the bill on 11th dec 2021 still the bank has charged me the extra tax on the payment. i am not understanding why the bank has charged me this tax as i have done my payment on the due date. can you please help me out in this situation.kindly help me its urgent
