Hi,
This is regarding my Manhattan Credit Card.
I had discussed and sent request on 28th Aug 2013 for my card de-activation since I was not happy with the services.
However, in-spite of de-activating my card, SC is still sending me payment alerts and statements.
I had sent several email in this regards but no help from customer service team.
Below for reference. The request reference number is[protected] as per my call with service executive.
