Standard Chartered Bank — Incorrect credit card charges as late fee
I have been using standard chartered credit card for more than 7 years and was happy with the service untill last couple of months.
1. They shipped a new card (Digismart)
2. Although, continues charging late fees for landmark card (Xxx6576).
- customer care phone numbers published on stan chart website are throwing "invalid number" message. (If this is due to covid situation - they should have also stopped the incorrect late fee billing)
- email posted from their website portals are never responded.
This is my last attempt in the hope to get things corrected. If not, this is going to be my last

We request you to write to us @ head.[protected]@sc.com with your complete card number along with your query from registered mail id to enable us resolve your concerns.
