[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — Incorrect credit card charges as late fee

I have been using standard chartered credit card for more than 7 years and was happy with the service untill last couple of months. 1. They shipped a new card (Digismart) 2. Although, continues charging late fees for landmark card (Xxx6576). - customer care phone numbers published on stan chart website are throwing "invalid number" message. (If this is due to covid situation - they should have also stopped the incorrect late fee billing) - email posted from their website portals are never responded.
