Dear Sir/ Madam, Today I received my Credit Card No. [protected] Statement in which interest rate charged by Standard Chartered is very high. Breif summary about statement:- Previous Clousing Balance :- 41, 539.40 Payment/ Credit Given :- 7, 242.00 Purchase :- 0 Balance :- 34, 285.40 3.11 % Interest :- 1066.27 Interest charged by SCB :- 2075.00 (6.05% on 34, 285.40) Requesting you to revised you bill & provide the same. Elsewise please share the calculation of changing high interest. Awaiting for your prompt & corrective action towards my complaint.
