I Ravindra Ramchandra Gajare, use standard charted credit card No.4196-XXXX-XXXX-4320 for last 7th years old. ISSUE Payment Due Date. 31st December 2013, the total outstanding dues in your card ending 4320 was Rs.3, 251.50 I have drop full payment Rs.3300/- Date.26/12/2013.Cheque no.115662. by cheque is returning standard charted bank. Not my mistake, My bank balance Rs.26000/ (date21/11/2013 to till date) i have issue 2nd cheque 29.12.2013 bank is receive payment my payment 6/1/2014 Rs.3300/-
this month bank wrong charges Late Payment Rs.500/-, Interest charge Rs.330/- & Service Tax Rs.102/-
I will not pay extra amount Rs.932/- (charges 30% on total due amt)
so i will not pay extra amt Otherwise Please closed my credit card account & full final settlement amount.
please Help me at the earliest
