Since last three years we have been facing lot of difficulties with you for compliance of KYC.In fact since last two years you have stopped operations in our account. W e havebeen following up with your officials over telephone, through emails and even meeting them in person.Every official to whom our case is assigned asks us to submit fresh documents, and then he/she gets transferred and we have to follow up with the new officer all over again. We have fromtime to time brought to the notice of these officials that ours is a Charitable Trust catering to the boys from economically weaker section. We take care of not only food and shelter for these boys but also take care of their education.If you stop us from getting donations from our foreign well wishers we are put to great difficulties.
