I am holding a primary as well as secondary card since last 10 years
[protected] (Primary card) [protected] (Supplementary card) all of a sudden i received message to handover the documents for supplementary card for kyc & that to go in a branch physically & not from the site other wise card services will be interrupted after 31st march
I feel very depressed about such a communication from your side which indicates that you do not believe in your costumers & you are not bothered about your costumers even though a customer is having long relationship of 10 years with you
In this technosavy world you are expecting your costumers to all the way go to the branch for submitting the documents instead which can be done from site itself.
