[Resolved]  Standard Chartered Bank — Lack of services to a preferred bank account holder

there is very poor service by standard charterd bank

as what ever its executive promised they failed to do so

no proper response in bank branch

no proper information given by customer care

since last six months i am faceing a horrible situation

i strongly request you to take necessary action .
