Standard Chartered Bank — negative balance in zero balance account

Address: 312, Gali no 2, nand colony ,niwali road, Barwani, Madhya Pradesh, 451666

The company i joined asked me to open account in standard chartered, after i left the company i see my balance in negative, and i was told that this account with work with zero balance.
And i didn't even transactioned any amount from the account. Also who an account goes in negative balance. I feel this is a mistake and can be resolved easily, please look after it.
