Dear RBI,
Requesting your Intervention as there is no reply from the Standard Chartered Bank. Being a foreign bank its taking customers for granted in spite sending them reminder mail.
As per the RBI Norms Standard Chartered Bank is not providing full details of the customers. in spite telling them they are not fixing the problem.
As per the Banks process every banks need to send the available limit of the customers how much he has used and also on net banking the same needs to be provided.
I have 4 Credit Cards and whenever I make any transactions I get SMS how much I have used and how much is the available limit .
But Standard Chartered Bank they don't provide these facility ... how will the customer will get to know how much he has used???????????? also on the Net Banking Available Limit is not available . How can RBI approve these banks if they don't provide full services. These banks just try to cheat people. I have highlighted this issue to the bank six months in fact that time they have reversed the charges when my credit limit was over drawn now again these type of problem is affecting my credit impact . I said the bank either Increase the credit limit or else send me sms how much is the available limit when I swipe the card. But the bank is not trying to listen and they are charging me with the over drawn charges.
Top of this Bank people are replying they know that they guilty and avoiding my reply.
Dear Media,
Kindly highlight these issue as Foreign Banks are bulling customers.
