Standard Chartered Bank — noc and form no:35 of car loan is not received after the payment have been cleared. | |||
I had taken a car loan in june 2002 which was fully paid as per bank terms. I have still not received an noc n form no:35 from standard chartered bank inspite of repeated requests. In your branch (Standard chartered bank, ground floor 'gukulesh' r. C dutt road, alkapuri, vadodara:390 007, gujarat is still not finding the records and statements of my car loan. My car is still hypothecated to standard chartered bank and registration validity got expired after 15 year's in 2017 but i did not received my noc n form no:35 yet. New traffic rules is applicable 15 oct 2019 in gujarat. Please i am writing this in hope of someone would reach out for my issue.
