Standard Chartered Bank — non-receipt of no dues certificate also letter to cibil for no dues

In fact in the month of april 2014, i have paid my total o/s payment, and that time also requested to officer - customer care kindly send no - dues certificate and letter to cibil for no dues,

So far no action has been taken yet. Undersigned sent a mail to bank continuous last 6 years back, still i have not received any communication.

Today i check my cibil record and i found still outstanding showing on my card ending 2897, current balance rs. 46, 596/- and overdue rs. 562/-

Please look in to this and do the needful, without further delay.

Your early action in this regard is highly appreciable.
