Standard Chartered Bank — Not providing

I have made settlement for my credit card and payed all the amount as per the letter provided by bank. After that I am repeatedly following up for no dues letter but they are not providing the same. I do have all the mail communication and settelment letter with me. Name Ayan Bhattacharya Standard chartered bank manhattan platinium credit card.
