Hello, I'm using Standard Chartered Credit card#[protected].[protected]. I've been using for the past 2yrs & was paying on time.But for the past months I'm going through tough times & unable to pay the Min due also.I spoke to the customer care for settlement but they say that settlement option is not available in SC Bank.I've emailed to the Head.[protected]@sc.com but no response.I've been getting calls from the collection team to make the payment ASAP.Please help me out how should I take it forward. When I try to log my concern it is not accepting. Error: Submitting: Please wait while your criteria are being submitted..but not getting submitted I tried couple of times.
