Dear Sir/M'am, I'm Mayank Shah, hold a Standard Chartered Bank Platinum Visa Credit Card, since long. My credit card no. is [protected].Since last few months, i'm getting my credit card statements very irregular, in this situation, it may happen to miss the payment of dues due to my touring, & in this case, i am not liable for penalty so far. To avoid this situation, i request you to send the statement atleast 8 to 10 days before due date. I hope you will understand the situation. Awaiting your prompt action in this regards. Thanking You.
