Standard Chartered Bank — Trfd on a loan that has no emis due for last one year

I was charged trfd amounting to INR 999 eveb when the emi’s for that loan account were settled in april 2020. The account shows a balnce of 22 inr and even when i oay that amount it is still shown Outstanding, a day ago i was charged trfd to that ooan account however those 22 rupees are still outstanding. Wtf is that
In my transaction record it says
TRFD TO [protected]
Please look into that i refeund me those 999 rupees back to my account
