Standard Chartered Bank — unable to call customer care

I am holding salary account and credit card in scb for past 1 year. Yesterday i called from my phone (+91 [protected]) to customer care for my credit card service, whenever i am choosing the option "talk to our banking officer" the call is getting disconnected. So, i asked help by calling debit card department since then same thing happening with debit card ibr also.
