Standard Chartered Bank — unauthorised usage of my credit card | |||
There has been unknown transactions done from my credit card 25 dec 18 I did not get any OTP . Also i did not get any transaction alerts on email or mesaage. I logged in on my internet banking on 27 dec and saw an a bill of 100 rs and blocked my card. on 28 dec when i again checked there had been bill of 27000 which were also not done by me . i contacted customer care and they said that the merchant claimed the amount on 28 dec but my card was alresdy blocled on 27 dec as attached as a proof . they have reported it but nothing has been done. my phone is only accessible by me and no one else has access to my phone or account. or all the three transactions i did not receive any OTP and transaction sucess sms and email. Standard chartered complaint reference number is [protected] Permanent Complaint Number trough online FIR is[protected] It has already been 4 months and the discussion is still in the same. moreover the credit card bill is charging me huge interest .
