Standard Chartered Bank — Unwanted charges applied

I have been using Standard Chartered Credit Card from almost 8 years I have always paid all the dues well on time. In the month of January I suffered from corona and I was isolated due to this I was not able to pay the amount. And I believe if we are maintaining bank accounts with such banks keeping in mind that we will be given every privilege and facility. If bank cannot even call and inform the customer about something important there is no point marinating bank account with these private bank.
Due to Covid-19 If full payment is not yet made than bank should talk to the customer and inform them before imposing any interest or penalty. However in the month of February I manage to pay the sum of 44k (there was around 10k balance in my card), and again bank is asking me to pay more 36k more, wherein limitation of my Credit card is only 68k.

I believe if the customer is always paying all the dues on time and never had a history of non-payment than bank should consider those facts. I did call several times to the bank but most of the time they disconnected my call and rest of the time they asked me to send an email. I have emailed them as well but they do not even bother to reverts on my emails. I just wanted to know how did they implement all charges/interest to my card.

I want justice and want to imposed all charges back…..
