In the past 5 months of interaction with scb mumbai, i have found the bankers to be highly unprofessional in conducting business.
Its been a nightmare from the moment i chsoe to convert my account from savings to nri status.
I have finally decided that i don not wish to continue with scb with its poor footprint in india and rsa.
Please take this decision as my final word and have the needful done.
