Standard Chartered Bank — wrongly levied late payment fees and interest charges | |||
Whereas the total payment due credit card bill of may 2019 showed 6541.6 and I made a payment if 6542/-, still late payment and interest charges have been levied.They are refusing to reverse. please take appropriate and strict action and reverse the charges.i will not pay the charges as I have fully paid what is showing as total amount due.standard chartered has no sense how to treat a good customer Was this information helpful? | |||
