By mistake there i made a payment from my savings account in the standard chartered credit card[protected]xxxx. This card has been closed since a long time ago. Hence as a standard practice the money should have been returned back. However, the money never came back. I immediately wrote back to the consumer service. But they came back after a week and that too with no solution. The customer service from sc is such a pain. Every-time i enquire the write something like this they write back something like the below: "further to our earlier mail requesting for additional 3 days time to address your concerns, yet it requires additional time than anticipated, for a detailed investigation to address your concerns."
