I saw a dispute online transaction in my standard charted credit card ending 9082. I have not done any purchase in the online website WWW.ATU.DE WEIDEN but standard charted bank is quoting that transaction was done by me without proper evidence.
I need the bank to provide proper details like invoice, etc, to prove that I have done the transaction.
