Star Bright Enterprises — cheating to provide singapore job and work permit visa

Star bright enterprises sent me job confirmation mail on 11/10/2017 ask to come to their office 49, Sant nagar, east kailash, New Delhi-65 with Rs5500 and origional passport for Future link construction. I have meet them in New Delhi on 27/10/17 paid Rs5500 and hand over passport. On 03/11/17 I have received mail of employment letter and work contract letter from future work construction Singapore via mail id [protected]@futureworkconf.com.I have return the signed scanned copies with finger prints to them on 07/11/17. Then I received call from them to pay Rs 30, 000 towards visa to their yes bank A/C in east kailash, New Delhi and told visa will ready within 25 to 30 days.I have paid Rs 30, 000 to their yes bank ac no [protected] east kailash, from Salem branch yes bank through Indian Bank cheque dated on 14/11/17.on 01/12/17 they send me sms stating that your Singapore work permit is ready and visa will be issued within 7-10 days. After speaking in the mobile they tell visa will be ready on 10 th Dec. From 13/12/17 they dont answer the call and swithed off, office is closed.
