Star Health And Allied Insurance — Claim reimbursement pending FOR MORE THAN 40 DAYS

I have made several complaints to Star Health insurance through phone and Emails but even after almost 40 days. I have not received my reimbursement of hospital expenses.
I had taken a Cashless Health policy P/700002/01/2021/053310 with Star Health in Oct 2020 to cover any sudden medical expenses !
But I am highly disappointed with the services of the claim support team of Star Health, First they have rejected my cashless request in their own network hospital itself. And when called to Star Health customer care their representative said you have to pay right now and the company will reimburse the entire amount.

I had to pay the entire hospital expenses/Bills by myself.

Now after submitting the reimbursement it's been almost 40 days, but I have not even received an update on my claim status even after sending so many e-mails.

Nothing happening 43 days since I have submitted the claim. Still reimbursement not processed. waiting for my money.

All the original hardcopies submitted in the Jaipur branch o1/Jun/2021. I have attachment acknowledgement also. Amount is still pending

No response from Star Health still claim not settled. It is more than 20 days now since I have registered a complaint here but still not received the claim amount. Star Health do not care about the customer claims. Pathetic way of handling customer claims.

70 Days now since I have submitted the original claim documents.
