[Resolved]  Star Health And Allied Insurance — Unprofessional and abusive behavior from a star health insurance representative

I had a very disappointing experience with staff from Star Health Insurance. I was interested in learning about their insurance plans, but her rude and unprofessional behavior completely changed my mind.

She called me first, and when I tried to ask questions about the policy, she became aggressive and dismissive. At one point, she even said, "Ye log kya premium denge?"

As a potential customer, I expected courtesy and proper guidance, not arrogance and insults. If Star Health Insurance hires representatives who disrespect and discourage interested customers, it raises serious concerns about their hiring process and company ethics.

I urge Star Health Insurance to take immediate action and ensure their employees communicate in a professional and respectful manner. Such behavior is unacceptable, and I would not recommend engaging with such representatives. Think twice before considering their services
