[Resolved]  Star Health And Allied Insurance — CIR/2025/181123/1131112 claim not given

I am writing this with so much frustration and disappointment. My daughter was admittted on 22-10-24 in kims hospital trivandrum, kerala for adenoidectomy surgery. My policy number is [protected] and claim number is CIR/2025/181123/1131112. Name of patient is Juanito MV.Initial approval was recieved on 23-10-24.But on discharge on 24-10-24, no reply recieved from star health end for final approval on discharge.
I have contacted the agent and higher personal and tried to contact customer care(in queue ), but all in vain. My family waited with post surgery kid till around 9 pm for this approval.But had to pay whole amount as no reply came from star health.Otherwise we would have cleared the bill and went afternoon itself. I feel pathetic as a customer of star health. I also feel ashamed calling everywhere for this and it was waste of time, money and most importantly mental strain. Most importantly i felt was the mental strain ie to make the patient who is postoperated kid to wait for this till 10 pm. I only got some information like final bill not recieved from hospital end till now after calling many times agent and the other branch person.
Later i applied for reimbursement with much difficulty by acquiring documents from hospital and waiting for many days.
Today i got a query from star health that need first consulting paper and also paper from treating doctor.I dont have and dont want to do whatever star health say.
Please make a solution regarding this issue. Thank you
