I had filed my claim in the month of July 2015 while there was still a month to renew the policy, but Starhealth deliberately kept on asking same documents repeatedly and not informing me of rejection of my claim. Had Starhealth intimated me before renewal of policy i would not have paid Rs. 15, 846 as renewal premium and at least saved amount of Rs. 15, 846.00 however Starhealth had intention of collecting premium amount before rejecting my claim so kept calling for renewal while no response was given on the status of claim apart from asking same documents again and again. This is a well planned act of cheating and fraud by star health i can provide chain of mails on this subject which clearly indicates deliberately delaying intimation of rejection of claim Was this information helpful? | |||||
