Dear sir Pls let me know that is a company authorized ton change the rules on its own after being given by given by irda. My amount of around 3500/- has been deducted saying that its not payable. But in the rule no 63 of star health & allied insurance they are mentioning home visit charges will not be paid & as per irda same rule no 63 says home visit charges will not be paid but payable if prescribed. Pls let me know that is it approved by you & if you want the copy i can mail you pls confirm on the below mail id Waiting for your reply.
