Star Health And Allied Insurance — Mediclaim premium payment is done but not received the renewed policy document.

I the undersigned Khushoo Wadia, I am a senior citizen aged 76 years. I hold a Mediclaim policy jointly with my wife. I had missed the due date of the premium payment date but had paid the premium within the grace period as the rules of the insurance policy. My policy number is P/171226/01/2024/003079 (Period of insurance 26/03/2024 to 25/03/2025) have paid the premium amount on 16/04/2025(cheque no. 000177 amounting 26, 791/-) I have requested the company to send the renewed policy documents but there is no response form their end till date. Have tried to contact the agent who was supposed to do the needful but they are not responding (agent never receives the call and always says to message on WhatsApp, replies only after several reminders) and also have emailed them several times to release my renewed policy documents. I have fulfilled all their time to time queries through emails but yet no positive response from their end. Every time they reply the same that we are looking into the matter but its high time now. At this age what do I do if I need a sudden medical aid. Please help me by doing the needful.

I am attaching all the needful documents. Photos of the cheque, the counter foil of the bank, my policy document and the company's details which were provided by the agent for cheque deposit.
