Star Health And Allied Insurance — neither issuing policy nor doing refund

Dear Sir /Madam.
Here i would like to inform you that, My Name is Sayyad Sabiruddeen, from 2022 to 12th of October 2025 i was using Niva Bupa insurance, The team of star health approach and forcibly ported my running policy from Niva Bupa to Star health on 8th of October 2025 (Before expiring).I submitted all the documents with Fees of 28000 Rupees and also i received confirmation call from your side. Now its more then 40 days completed neither i am getting policy copy or Refund.
i am calling no one is answering, i am sending message no one is responding. Totally i fed up with star health.
I think you people cheated me and do the Scam.also i am a NRI, it is very difficult me to follow these things, i can't able to communicate,

The culprit's name is: Ankit (from star health)-Ph No-[protected] /[protected]

Can i expect something justice from you.

Please help me.
