In the month of march 2019, the total due amount was rs.65, 000. I have discussed with the executive vinay tn (Mob. No. [protected]) who asked me to pay rs.45, 000 to settle the account.
I have made the payment through stashfin app and asked to settle and close the account.
I was unaware of receiving settlement or noc letter. And from june 2019 onwards, i have started getting calls from the lawyers and police station that arrest warrant has been sent on my name and i need to surrender. Today also, i received the same call. I am visiting the hal police station as i am not at fault.
There is no contact number or email id from where you can get any clarity.
Even the executive is not responding to calls or messages.
Now, even the police and lawyer say, it's my mistake that i trusted the company and i should know the rule that i must have collected the settlement letter.
I have been raising complaint every moment of time and a token is raised only to say, if you are satisfied with the resolution, kindly close the token. However, no one has called or resolved any issue. If i don't check my mails everyday, they will close the service request. But they will never call.
I am in a trap of a fraud company where i don't see any solution. I just have to pay the money and wait. After few months, someone will call and ask to pay the added amount and the story goes on for ever.
Kindly help me out. Neither i want to get arrested nor want to pay any more.
