[Resolved] StashFin (Akara Capital) — emi deductions without taking any loan

I haven't take any loan from stashfin (Akara capital) but same company is showing rs. 20, 000 loan & they are deducting emi every month from my hdfc account.
As per stashfin app my detail is as below which i havent done with them :-
Loan id - semg[protected]
Emi start date :- 08-oct-2019

From then they deducted 02 emi i. E 1st on 06-sep rs 1000 & 2nd on 01-oct rs 1920. By akara capital.
Main thing is loan taken date is 08-oct-2019 & emi deduction start date shown from 8 july 2018 (As attached pic).

I have tried many times to contact them but no response from them.

I want my money back

And also they showed this in my cibil record & spoiling my cibil score.

Plz kindly solve this.

We Have Called On this Same no. so many times but this is recorded call and after 4..5 min call disconnect. We can not call them directly or they don't have any registered office in any city.
